LaiLa Hotel CDMX Reforma

As most reviews mention, its best attribute is the amazing location, in a safe and nice area at just walking steps from many attractions and so easy to request a taxi or uber right at the entrance. The staff is nice, the hotel feels safe, clean, and practical.

Very modern, close to Angel de la Independencia and many nice restaurants. Very clean, beds and pillows are very comfy, but what I loved the most was the breakfast buffet. We had a 55 people group and coming back again with 30+ people.

Location, easy access to different transportación ways, complementary shuttle from airport, quiet room, daily housekeeping, laundry service. Plenty of restaurants options around

My family (myself and my 2 children aged 12 and 15) were really comfortable at LaiLa Hotel. Our room was good size, impeccably clean (cleaned everyday), good location near to lovely restaurants and cafes. Nice to have the gym on top floor. We didn't use the restaurant as there were so many lovely local places to explore, that were easily accessible walking. Lots of staff who were really attentive when asked questions, but as there were often a large number on front desk, it could also be intimidating to ask questions.

The staff was so accommodating and they went out of their way to meet our needs. Marisol Tapia, the rooms manager was extremely supportive and helpful. It is located near all kinds of restaurants and convenience stores. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and all amenities are included.
